She is rude. Her staff constantly mess everything up and make mistakes with prescriptions. She only cares about what can bring her glory and praise. She refuses to handle any prescriptions not done by her, and refuses to treat pain.

Dr Pinto is a wonderful Doctor! She is kind, caring & has a lot of knowledge. Dr Pinto never rushes me & takes the time to listen & answer questions. Dr Pinto’s staff are just as wonderful!! The front ladies are always polite & smiling and The nurses always treat me with great care & compassion! I would recommend Dr Pinto & her staff to my family & friends!

Cannot get them to return calls about a prescription that was never called in. Called 5 times in 2 weeks. Appointment was 3 weeks ago. Insurance was never contacted for pre-authorization. Last phone call was left on hold for 30 minutes. Spent $1k on tests and Dr fees. One over $700 that the Dr never got the results, but she diagnosed and prescribed anyway, so did I spend $700 on an unnecessary test?
