This place is awful. They don’t take appointments, instead they have you wait in line all morning until 9am just to maybe be seen by the Dr. The first time I went I waited in line for two hours and was 5th in line and never got to see the Dr . In fact I never even received a phone call back . Today I missed my phone call by simply not picking up the phone fast enough and within seconds I lost my spot . I suffer from Mental illness and haven’t been able to see the Dr to get a simple refill of my prescription for my anxiety and depression. With out I’m unstable , unable to function throughout the day and suicidal . Yet I couldn’t get a appointment or a phone call from the Dr herself.

I've been a patient of Dr.Leon for about two years now and have had a pleasant experience with every visit. She very attentive to my concerns and displays genuine care . The medical assistants always have a great attitude, and even go the extra mile to make sure you're taken care of. It does take about a week to book an appointment but it's understandable due to her popularity with patients. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

this is an excellent doctor with excellent medical providers and a totally clueless, inefficient staff. Dr. Leon and/ or her office staff have set up a totally frustrating set of barriers to reach either her or the other providers in the office. When I complained, requested assistance with referrals, appointments etc., I was told I was wrong and finally, invited to find another provider by Julia who then hung up on me. This was after a year, as a cancer patient diagnosed with stage IV cancer of requesting to see my oncologist. The treatment I received there by the doctors, nurses and PAs was excellent. After that, it was like falling into a black hole. If you go there, good luck.
