Dr. Giovanna Ciocca, MD

I am very disappointed in the visit I had at Dr. Ciocca. From getting to the office there is no HIPPA what so ever in that place, to the medical assistant who took me to the exam room. I must say, she was really nice pleasant but not ones did she make eye contact with me or my child. She spoke very quickly could barely get a word in, gave instructions asked questions and walked out. Two minutes later walks in the PA quickly checks my child -I was told it was a physical but only checked basically one side of my child’s body- gives me the recommendations quickly and says don’t worry I’ll write all down, and left. No instructions no explanations did not ask if my child had allergies that may be causing a lot of what my child is going through. Simply, see you in 2-3 months. It gets worse before it gets better, smiles and leaves. I had book my appointment with the Dr helfself but come to find out at the end of my visit it was the PA. I Was not informed my visit was not going to be with the… Dr. the staff is all very smiley which is awesome but I am not please with having spent 20 minutes ONLY from my first steps to the office to the steps to my car.

The staff truly are horrible.The doctors don't even seem to know what they're doing,they're just as clueless as the patient seeking help and information for their situation.I have wasted so many months here trying to give them a chance to help my situation but there has been no improvement for what I came here for.Don't waste your time and money coming here.

Dr Ciocca is excellent. She is very professional, knowledgeable , and humane with her patients. Every time I take my daughter, she has a full house in the waiting area. When you are in with her , though, she takes her time to answer all your questions nicely without making you feel like an idiot. Thank you God for good and humane Drs like Dr Ciocca

The doctor sat down and took time to listen to me and was very accurate in her diagnosis. She explained all my child symptoms and prepared me on what to expect. Excellent bedside manners, it was a great experience. Her staff was very courteous.

STAFF IS VERY EFECTIVE, AND DOCTOR TAKES HER TIME AND IS VERY ACCURATE WITH DIAGNOSIS.
