I had to wait 90 minutes past my scheduled appointment to be seen, even then it took going to the office manager to have the issue addressed. She never reviewed my genetic test results which was the reason for the appointment, she ran useless tests that I had already had with another provider and they had to be redone with the attending. She knew the reason I was there was to receive a formal diagnosis. After the appointment she put a diagnosis in my chart that was terminal, it took me calling to inquire for it to be fixed. However she did not fix it for the referrals for testing that prevented the PA from being submitted. I did not find out about the referrals until the hospital called to cancel my appointments due to not having authorizations. It took over a month to get the testing and it had to be canceled.
