DR Olivares is the best Dr I have ever had. She cares and listens to all my complaints and helps me with them. She is great.

I think Dr. Olivares is a wonderful Doctor. Sadly her follow through is poor and her staff flexibility and willingness to work for patients is terrible. Ive had over 3 months of waiting for a referral for a test to be done and nothing is solved. I had to go in to see her to "fix" the problem. The messages that are sent to her never get to her or she never replies. I thought all was clear but now I called the office and they have no idea whats going on. I am losing hope in finding a good Doctor's office. I would not refer her at this time and I think it is time I move on too.

I love Dr. Olivares - she is kind, compassionate, very thorough, takes the time to listen to all your issues even if you have a lot going on like me. She is not condescending like so many doctors I have encountered and I was instantly impressed with her. Her nurse Liz is great & sweet and office manager Caroline has taken extra time and care with me as well. My only complaint is that some of the staff never seem to get messages to her, I'm told constantly I'll get a call back by the end of the day and I don't, usually in a busy office you'll at least get a call back in the AM I rarely get one at all. I suffer from a panic/anxiety disorder so you can imagine how disturbing this is to me. I was also a secretary, office manager for many years and consider this behavior very unprofessional. Although they are very nice and polite when greeting you.

Doctor is great, staff is Absolutely a nightmare. They don't have a clue as to what they are doing. The office manager is an idiot. They are rude, uninterested, lazy and unclean. A poor patient pooed her pants in the lobby, leaving a trail out the door and all the receptionist did was stare and call for reinforcement. It took ten minutes for someone to come clean it, they didn't even clean it outside, and only cleaned it after a client in the lobby yelled at them for not doing anything about it. The place is a mess. because of the staff, I WILL NEVER GO BACK! I work at a hospital and I can't believe what poor standards this place has. NEVER!!!!

I love this doctor! She is so easy to talk to and seems like she really cares about what is going on with you. It's like you've known her forever.

Dr Olivares is a very nice lady, but needs a lot more experience and compassion to be a doctor. If you have some serious medical concerns, I recommend finding a doctor that cares and is more knowledgable. I have been to her several times hoping that my next visit would be better, but when I went to her for a physical because I wasn't well, she gave me the standard 5 minute office visit and the next week I end up in the hospital with a heart problem. I am over 55 and when I asked her why she didn't give me a simple EKG test during my physical, she said because I didn't ask for one. I guess I should have brushed up on medical procedures before I went so I knew what to order for myself. To get the office to call you back on anything takes weeks. Still waiting for a call back from a month ago and I have left 3 messages since then. They just tell me they will send another message to the doctor. I wish I wasn't so patient and changed my doctor to someone else earlier. It may have… made a difference with my heart condition and stress level.

My mother was going to see this physician. I urged her not to go anymore she was having side effects from the meds the doctor prescribed. We tried contacting the doctor numerous times to see if there was anything we could do - she never called us back! I work in the medical field and have never encountered anything like this. Senior patients should be treated with more respect.
