If you're looking for a therapist who cares, look somewhere else. I went to this women for around a decade of years..and there was always a part of me that felt like she didn't truly care from time to time. Then eventually she finally proved she never cared. I had stopped seeing her due to moving out of state. Then one day horrific life circumstances occured in my life and I reached out to Giselle Thomalla for advise in desperation..just for her to never respond, I'm guessing since she was no longer getting paid to help me so there was nothing in it for her to care to respond to me. Also, my new therapist was able to diagnose my mom with a serious disorder that seemed very obvious to her, unlike to Giselle Thomalla who misdiagnosed her for years. I'll also add, fast forward a few years later, I study psychology as a hobby, and definitely agree my mom's diagnosis is super obvious. Just wanted to say that some of us can & do become self aware. Also, just to let you know, therapists… aren't supposed to be biased and judgemental towards their patients, including the Cluster B trauma survivors.
