impersonal, rude and was quick to refer me to another provider when I asked a question about hormones. i would not recommend this person to anyone, nor would I allow her to represent the John Muir franchise.

Rude, uncaring, unresponsive, bills for everything. ignores email. the worst.

She wasted my time.i just wanted some lab test and she referred me??? How simple is that. She is mean and not caring.

I am 73 years old, Dr. Thomas puts anybody over 60 in the same category..and that is we are all going senile. She does not take you as an individual. I have insomnia and to get any kind of med for this is like pulling teeth. Getting enough sleep is very important and it can ruin your quality of life if you don't. She does not seem to understand that, and only goes on about statistics and general medical reports, that don't have anything to do with you as a person.

Dr. Thomas took over for Dr. Denapoli. I have very bad pain in my legs for years, caused by neuropathy. I also injured my back and broke neck in the 1950's. I am 82 years old. I have been on pain medicine for 30 years. Dr. Thomas cut the strength of my medicine, and did not tell me. Dr. Thomas wants me to be off the pain medicine completely. I used to be able to cook my own food, and move around the house. Now I am bedridden from the pain. Dr. Thomas should of read my medical files. Dr. Thomas has changed my life for the worst. I understand the opioid addiction, but this does not apply to me. As I have been on pain medication for years, which has kept me living a normal life.
