I had to call 4 times to set my appointment because each time they said they would call me back and never did. They couldn’t even tell me if they can accept my insurance and said they would call the following week to let me know. It took a lot for me to find time off from work and some hours before my “scheduled” appointment they called to let me know my appointment was canceled and only said the doctor was not available. Avoid this doctor if you’re serious about your health.

When you need a Doctor that will take the time to listen to you and will explain in detail all the options that you have , Doctor Andrade is the one to call , she is great! She is like those all fashion doctors that take great good care of you . She is the best !

Por qué hablar de la Dra. Gladys Andrade? Porque el no hacerlo muchas personas se perderían la oportunidad de conocer y tratrarse con una profesional excepcional que inspira confianza y que sin lugar a dudas es muy competente como médico. Me permito hacer una modesta descripción de mi experiencia vivida con ella: La conocí hace muchos años en Caracas - Venezuela (soy venezolana) donde comencé a tratarme con ella, primero como Médico General y luego como Oftalmóloga. A pesar de su juventud, desde el primer momento me inspiró mucha confianza debido a su actitud minuciosa al hacer el examen físico y los de rutina o especiales según fuera el caso. Se tomaba el tiempo que fuera necesario para explicar el caso personal y responder las preguntas que le hacía. Tenía una gran paciencia y era muy cordial y amable. Pasado el tiempo me enteré que estaba aquí en Miami y de inmediato la contacté. La primera impresión al entrar en su Clínica en Miami Spring, fue la de un lugar muy pulcro,… bellamente decorado y muy acogedor. Sin volumen excesivo de pacientes ( pues utilizan el método de citas específicacando la hora que será atendido). Luego, al iniciar mi consulta con ella reforcé mucho más el concepto que tenía sobre su persona. Después de algunos años sin verla, me encontré que no sólo tenía el mismo trato alegre y cordial, sino como profesional había madurado más en conocimientos y experiencias sin perder aquellas hermosas cualidades que ya conocía. En fin, creo que tenerla como Médico primario, es una garantía de excelencia y eficiencia profesional, así como también el sentirse querido e importante.

The Dr. Andrade is one of the best doctor I have know. I coming from family doctors so I can tell you what a good doctor means to me. She been my doctor for more than 25 years in our home town in Caracas Venezuela and when i new she was practicing in Miami I did not hesitate on contact her. I live in Clearwater Florida, most of the time but I go to her office in Miami Spring any time I need of her service. She take her time in hearing all my problems and try to solved in the best way it can be done. If she can solved, she will send me to the specialist and keep informed what is going on my heath. She is so nice, polite and very friendly and the same time very professional and I love that. The facilities are very nice decorated so clean that you can eat in any where with no problem to get sick, hahahaha, the staff, are so good and very polite and willing to help any time you need to check with your insurance, or get some test done or give you any information, I have never feel so… comfortable in a doctor office I thank Dr. Gladys Andrades and her staff for all the good work there are doing.
