Dr. Glen Sinclair Graves, MD

Dr Graves never bothered reading my old medical records i brought to him. I have been dx with RA ,lupus, and sjogrens for years, along with positive blood tests in the past. When i made a stink about them not contacting me and ordering an MRI for my neck, since my xray showed severe damage, he got all offended, and wrote derogatory stuff in my chart, like I dont have RA, i have degenerative arthritis and fibro, and that i was taking steroids cause i was looking for "euphoria" from them. I now have irreversible spinal cord damage with neuro deficits, and I also have autoimmune sensorimotor peripheral neuropathy, both axonal damage and demyelinating.

We walked into the exam room, saw a sign that said "Need Prayer? Just ask Dr. Graves" which just confirmed that God had put everything in place. Dr. Graves was very thorough, explained in detail my condition, discussed his treatment plan for me, took the time to answer all the questions that I had & then asked for my hand so that he could pray for me! I've never had a doctor that even offered to pray for me much less take the time to pray for me while in the exam room. He is very sincere, understood how much pain I've been in & has a genuine concern for me as a friend, not just another patient. All of the staff was very kind as well!

Dr. Graves is knowledgable, compassionate, kind, respectful with much integrity. His office & nursing staff are a reflection of his patient compassion. He makes me think/feel that I'm his only patient. We are doing PRP (my blood into platelet rich plasma injections DEEP INTO joint) on both of my knees. I had previously seen two physicians who did the Synvisc on my knees. This was of no help to painful knee joints. I was given medication that reduced my knee pain so that I am able to walk normal distances. There is poster in office that states that the physician will pray with you, if you wish. I still have ongoing visits for PRP. The quality of care has not changed. I highly recommend him.He's has much empathy.

I like his professional but caring attitude. He took time to answer my questions. Also, I feel as if he took the best route for the help I need. I would highly recommend him.

I came to Dr. Graves for a second opinion. Turns out, I had been incorrectly diagnosed at another doctor's office. Dr. Graves spent time with me and figured out the real problem. He's great with first or second opinions. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Great doctor. He truly cares about your whole well being. Physically, mental and spiritual! Highly recommend him!

I saw Dr. Graves for a serious disease. He was intimidated and asked me to go prove that I had it. I did as he asked. He had me to to yet another place. I did. After all of this, he said he was not qualified to treat me, even though he studied Rheumatology, right? So, please do not go see him for a serious condition or life-threatening condition. He is NOT remotely qualified even though he wentered to medical school for these conditions. His staff is hit or miss. Some are very nice and most, including manager, are really rude. I have excellent insurance and they pay well yet they seem to harp on your bill more than customer service. I have never owed them $1 after insurance paid but became snippy about a bill that they later said was paid but no apology was given. The building is nice yet I will never go back, nor refer anyone.

I had been diagnosed with RA and treated for years. I developed other symptoms including renal failure and had 2 DVTs. I had all of my medical records including multiple pictures of rashes, mouth ulcers, and other abnormal things that I photographed for dr references. He was very pleasant to me and said he would get to the bottom of what was going on... I had multiple labs that day. I left his office so happy that I found a dr that listened, or so I thought. His "nurse" called me back a week or so later to let me know that I had NOTHING WRONG!!!! I explained to her about what all he had told me and all of my previous labs including my major health issues. She put me on hold to speak with him and came back to say that I must have fibromyalgia and if I got sick again to come back in!!!! We drove 5 hours to see him and I get a diagnosis of fibromyalgia?! I had tested positive for RA and Lupus at different times in the past and those labs meant absolutely nothing to him! I finally found… another rheumatologist that looked at my records, pictures and listened! I was diagnosed with LUPUS. She explained that one does not always test positive and labs change. Also, a patient history goes in to making diagnosis, not just what 1 lab says at 1 time! Why he doesn't know this, scares me for his patients! And he supposedly has Lupus himself... So he should definitely know from personal experience as well as his education!

office staff is ignorant of insurance procedures and basic medical billing, charges were wrong. office manager is awful to work with. I wouldn't return to see the doctor because of having to deal with the front office people.
