I have gone to Dr McCreless for many years. I find him always timely and willing to answer all of my questions. His staff is pleasant and helpful. I recommend him to my family and friends.

Very personable, professional & willing to spend time talking to you. Always makes time to see you if it’s a immediate need.

Best choice I could have ever made in selecting a new physician. Easy to talk to, caring staff.

After explaining my situation to the 1st receptionist that answered I got put on hold for 5 minutes. Then the next rude person that came to the phone did not care about my health but was extremely focused on what kind of insurance I had. After I told her I was tired of receiving crappy health care at my previous doctors & that it did not matter what the cost I just wanted decent healthcare she exclaimed "Well if you are going to be so rude then I will just hang up" Needless to say I did not get an app. Doctor may be good but their staff needs some customer service training

This doctor is very caring and concerned about the care of his patients, I highly recommend him as a great doctor, as for his staff, I think they could use a class in customer service.,

A very caring wonderful Doctor who wants to get to know his patients and help them in everyway. However, his office staff lacks in basic interpersonal skills, professional courtesy etc. BUT the Doctor himself is TOP NOTCH ...A++++++++++!
