Dr. Glen Michael Wool, MD

I've been a patient of Dr. Wool's for the past five years. He is a caring, concerned individual knowledgeable and attentive to the needs of his patients. I have needed some serious care/ heart attack. My experience with him has been excellent !

I've been to many Doctors but none like Dr. Wool. He is a true healer. He takes the time to listen and to discuss my issues in depth. He's caring, knowledgeable, and has a friendly, efficient staff.

Dr. Wool is negligent, insensitive, disinterested, and dismissive. He acts barely interested in helping patients. So do him a favor and don't waste his time. You'll both be better off. Taking cues from him, his staff is lazy. Makes mistakes without apologizing. Confuses patients. LIES.Overall followup is terrible. Don't expect calls back, your questions answered, or your lab results on time. In fact, don't expect anything. Go to a DIFFERENT DOCTOR. Do yourself a favor.

Dr Wool Saved not only my life but my fathers also. This man is so caring and on it.

Very unprofessional, has no regard for your time, medically does not follow through, flippant, and never returns your calls, nor does his office staff. All around way below average. Should get minus stars. I couldn't believe the degree of malpractice!

If I could give a no star rating I would do so. Do not go to Dr. Wool. He lacks any kind of professionalism and will never get back to you. His office staff is highly incompetent as well. Basically, once you leave there you will never get another response back from them. I have still not received my lab results and was charged by Quest Diagnostics over $1000. They informed me I had to get my results from my doctor! Fat chance of that happening as I have threatened Dr. Wool with a lawsuit and he didn't even care about that. I think he's too busy playing around in the entertainment industry...trying to get a reality show gig no doubt. Don't waste your time with this doctor. He is beyond a doubt the worst doctor in Los Angeles.

I had a 1:00 appt. with Dr. Wool. He shares an office with another physician and when I walked in 5 minutes early, the other doctor's staff kept giving each other funny looks. I soon learned why. 30 minutes later, in strolls Dr. Wool and his one person staff member and they are rolling in a small suitcase and carrying files. So strange. Then Dr. Wool goes off to eat his lunch, nobody still has said anything to me that it is 30 minutes past my appt. time. They finally bring me into a room after 45 minutes. Dr. comes in, seems pleasant enough, kind of cocky, very non-sensitive in personality. He does some lab work and then I'm out the door. He tells me to call his office the following Monday and he would give me the results. I call, he never calls back. I call the next day. The front office person tells me he will call me back that afternoon. Still doesn't call me. I call back the next day and find out that he is out of town and he will call me when he gets back. I still don't get… a call. I call when he gets back....still no call. So basically it has been over 2 months now and I still have not heard from him and I have no idea what my lab results are. I even wrote a letter to their office and an email to the doctor, himself, asking for my lab tests, still no results. This is the most highly unprofessional office that I have ever been to. This doctor is totally incompetent and I would highly suggest you do not go to him unless you want to waste your money. I called the lab today to see if they could send me my results but they said I need to get them from my doctor....which I will never receive. So I found another doctor to go to and I'll have to pay again to get the same lab tests run. If anything comes up in my tests that Dr. Wool did not call me about...he will be speaking to my lawyer ASAP! The worst experience I've ever had with a doctor. Do Not Go To Him!!!

I've been a patient of Dr. Wool for several years now. He is very through in explaining things and will ALWAYS call you back in a timely manner. The one downside is that he only works 3 days a week.
