Absolutely had no respect for the patients.

I am one of those past patients that can honestly say Dr. Bricken’s practice actually saved my life. It has been about eight years since I was treated at a former office. It was named Chronic Pain Recovery Center. I went to them on a referral from a surgeon that I was practically begging to perform back surgery to relieve my pain. I had been in pain for almost three years, I was on the strongest opioids to manage my pain. Thank God it was pre fentanyl or I probably would not be here. At any rate they told me that our goal was to get me off the opioids. (Yeah right!) They also added that we want to do it in six weeks. Needless to say I was way more than skeptical. Long story short; I have told numerous people my story, and none seemed to really believe me. Especially when I told them how different, and at first I thought pointless therapies they employed . Almost seems crazy as a long ago memory of a person that could not lift more than ten pounds without paying an excruciating price.… Well at the end of six weeks all those years ago... I was able to completely stop using opioids, and even was able to go back to driving, and unloading tractor trailers. For sure it may not work for everyone, but again I am a success story. I needed help for my daughter, so I called a few times between 7-29-19 and 8-1-19 and nobody answered, left a message and nobody called back. I called back one more time and again nobody answered, left a message, this time they called me back the following day and left me a message that they don't take minors. ( They didn't pay attention to the message I left that tells them my daughter is 21) I called back again and one more time, they don't answered. I left a message and they called me back , they took all necessary information about my daughter and told me, they will present all the data to the head Dr for approval, and will call me back by 8-1-19, they never called me back up to this day. Save your time and money and go some other place. If someone needs help and the Drs have to think about if they get approved or not, is not acceptable.

Can’t comment on doctor because couldn’t get office staff to place an appointment. Kept hanging up, claiming they were “uncomfortable”. Scheduled me to 2 appts and never called to inform me! Travis and Michelle T are the worst. Have no idea how doctor is. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Now a days most Doctors treat just one thing and one thing only. But here they are concern about your hold body Health. I love this Place
