I hope the doctor will take good care of me on this upcoming procedure. Yes he does see you in the same room as the other patient but so what it is not like both patients are in the room at the same time. As far as I could see the office was clean. He do yelll and seem to get upset with his staff. But maybe he has good reason to but at the same time his patients should not see or hear that. I will see how everything goes after my procedure.

Stay away from this Doctor's office. Horrible waiting time over 1 hour and when he is ready to see you asks you to come into the same room he sees all his patients, never cleans it or anything. The phone staff that confirm appointments are disrespectful and want it their way. It seems they forgot who pays their bills. Just as a reminder, without us the patients, there is no work for you, so start treating people right, clean that dirty place and have a courteous and ethical manner to threat customers/patients.

Dr. Englander took care of my mother, Shirley Dawes, for many years prior to her passing in 2006. My mother always spoke very highly of Dr. Englander and he went above and beyond to assist her anytime she needed him. I can not thank him enough for the kind and compassionate care he gave my mother. He even attended her memorial when she passed, which meant more to us than he could ever know. Excellent does not even begin to describe Dr. Englander. Katia Johnson, R.N.

Exceptionally poor attitude, no bedside manner, rude And discourteous to patients family, made errors in judgement causing extreme danger to patient . Wish We would have been forewarned about this Dr.

I Saw dr englander for nine months. I was discouraged from seeking a second opinion as dr englander kept wanting to do another test, and another before I saw another doctor. Although he admitted he was "stumped". I went to Shands on my own through the ER and was scheduled for emergency surgery. If I had waited for more of his tests then waited two or more weeks for the results I may not be writing this. Everything about the doctor and his practice is unprofessional and uncaring.

Office staff is disgusting!!! They leave their phones on the answering machine all day...lousy patient care service. They were rude at check out and felt the need to fool around with each other instead of being professional.

When I call his office , after being in the emergency room , I needed an appointment as soon as possible for a follow up, the people who work for him were so rude to me, they humiliated me and they wouldn't give me an inmediatly appointment, they gave one 20 days later. In spite I begged them and told them I wasn't feeling well.

i love this man he by far cares for his patients far better than all drs i have known. he also treats me as if i am a person other than his patient. ist time we met i had ask him to speak at our 1st hep c meeting, 25 years ago. he continued to show up at every meeting after that, just to listen as he claimed he learned more about hep c from our group than any seminars at the time. great person to know so check him out. but bring a snack because the wait is long to get in as he spends so much time with each patient. great staff supporting him also. rGly
