DO NOT GO TO HIM AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!! i had denture surgery (full mouth extraction, wisdom teeth removal, bone grafting, and restitching. everything was as expected following surgery, and then i started getting some throbbing pain in my cheekbone. i have had issues with my teeth for 10 years, including infections every other month so i know how to handle them, the pain that comes, and what to expect. i tried to tell him this, and he laughed at me and told me i didn't know what i was talking about. i told him i read the Texas Oral and Maxillofacial Code book, and he laughed and said "haha, code" with a smirk. then told me that he was the professional and he was doing it for 23 years, and that i just didn't know what i was talking about. i then went to my dentist to get an exam and x-ray, that shows an active infection. I was put to sleep (general anaesthesia) and who knows what he did while i was asleep. bruising was expected, but it was all the way up around my eye like i got punched, and… even down my neck to my collarbone. nobody was allowed in the room with me during surgery, so who knows what happened. also, did not give any post-op instructions as to the days/weeks to follow or ANY packet on wisdom tooth removal or bone grafting. never gave me anything to read or sign, and left us with no information. also, he did NOT give me a dose of my pain med before i woke up from anaesthesia, so i was in MISERABLE pain for 2 hours until my prescription got filled. wheeled me out the back door, once my head fell forward, blood POURED out and made a PUDDLE on the ground. said to just keep my head tilted back and left them to get me in the car. DO NOT RECOMMEND X10!!!!!!!!
