Dr. Glenn Hinchman

I had been a patient of Dr Hinchman for 20 years when he decided to go with MDVip. The charge per year was $1650. I told Dr. Hinchman that I would try it for a year. I wound up trying it for 2 years but since I only saw Dr. Hinchman once a year for an annual checkup, I decided not to renew after that. This year when I called the office to make an appointment for my annual exam I was told I am not a patient any more. When I asked why, the office girl asked me if I paid the $1650. When I said no she said then you are no longer a patient. I asked to speak with Dr. Hinchman but after 3 days I had not heard from him. I called again and was told another message would be left for him. Again no response so I wrote a letter to Dr. Hinchman saying that abruptly dropping me after 20 years without even the courtesy of a letter informing me that I would no longer be a patient was at best disrespectful and worst showed me that being a loyal, one visit per year patient who had been with him… since he was first starting out in practice meant nothing to him. JUST BEWARE......if you do not pay the annual fee because you have fallen on hard economic times, or other circumstance that prohibits your paying the fee, or you just decide that paying the fee offers you no extra benefit, then you will be dropped without notice and without regard. Regarding Dr. Hinchman’s “doctoring”, he is adequate but diagnosis is not his forte. He will frequently forget what he told you during your previous visits, seems to have trouble finding staff capable of doing a simple blood pressure task which he did apologize for. His annual exam is rather cursory, quick and not very thorough even after paying the $1650 annual fee for “superior” service. Although I spent 45-60 min with him during annual exam, about 15 minutes was devoted to the exam and the rest going over, ad nauseum, the minutia of the blood test results rather than as I asked.....just give me the bottom line. He would then complain that he had another 3 or 4 of these exams and blood test reviews yet to do that day. He was, and his practice was, much better before he went with MDVip.

Dr. Hinchman is a doctor that seems to care about his patients and thus went to MDVIP to offer quality care when needed. I an fortunate that rings now I do not need frequent visits but who knows about the future.

I have been a patient of Dr. Hinchman's for many years and so was my husband. When my husband was diagnosed with liver cancer, Dr Hinchman was very helpful in navigating all the specialists he had to see and helping us understand what was happending.

I do NOT recommend this doctor. When I visited him with a true condition, he showed zero interest in my symptoms. His attitude was arrogant and very insensitive. He would not test me for what is a common problem in the area I live. And he cracked a joke that left me feeling horrible. I called the next day to talk to him and he was absolutely rude and pushy on the phone. Now I have been diagnosed with the very condition I suspected (by a good doctor) and have to take serious drugs for it.

been in numerous times and only been seen by dr.hinchman. Takes forever to get in touch to jessica who takes care of perscriptions amd the office staff has been rude every visit and every time i have called.

We are very pleased to have Dr. Glenn Hinchman as our family doctor. He is most efficient,caring,up to date with current medical practices, print out information regarding patient upon visit, makes you feel comfortable and at ease, spends the necessary time with the patient. Dr. Hinchman possesses all the qualities we look for in a physician.

Dr. Hinchman is a knowledgeable physician, but his individual practice does not lend itself to easy access...either by phone or in person for appointments. The business/administrative staff is curt and sometimes borderline rude. There have been a few times that the administrative staff did not provide reports and information for members of my family to other consulting specialists. Members of my family have been patients of Dr. Hinchman for over 7 years, but we are currently looking to find another doctor. Overall, I would not recommend this practice.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Hinchman since 2000. He is extremely caring, compassionate and knowledgable. We have never felt rushed and he takes all the time he needs to explain the problem and get to a solution. His office has moved, however, to Shea and Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd.
