Dr. Glenn S. Ross, MD

Dr. Glenn Ross is excellent in every way. He is knowledgeable, thorough, patient and understanding. I would highly recommend him to everyone seeking an exceptional Internal Medicine Doctor.

Been a few years ago but had two torn tendon operations first completely failed second very average. Doctor blamed me for the failure

I called Dr. Ross's office about a referral to a pain management specialist. One week earlier, I had seen him about possibly needing a wheelchair or something like it, so he knew the urgency of my situation. I called his office for a referral to a pain management specialist, and his receptionist called me reading his note, that said I DID NOT NEED a pain management doctor. Astonished, I terminated his services. He called back, furious and accusatory. He would not let me talk, so I hung up.

Dr. Ross takes time to go over past or current issues. HE is very thorough. I never fell like I'm at a drive thru visit. If he is not sure what the problem is he will refer you to a specialist. He doesn't just willy nilly give you meds in hope it will fix the problem.

Great doc with excellent patient rapport; obviously knows his craft; always has time for me & any question I might have. Office is well run and on time. Solid experience every time in 10 years. Never an unnecessary test or procedure as Riverside is inclined to do!

He seems like a competent doctor but he knows a lot less than he thinks he does which is a dangerous trait for a doctor. His biggest problem is his rudeness. When I discussed my symptoms and suggested a possible diagnosis he reacted with sarcasm and anger. One major flaw he has is in rushing through an examination and not carefully evaluating what he sees. In my case he missed (or should I say dismissed) some very obvious symptoms and a potentially serious disease. Had I not read up on the topic and gone to a specialist I wouldn't have known.

I've always liked Dr. Ross and have been going to him for years. The waiting time used to be fairly quick but lately he has been behind. He does take his time with me and if he doesn't know the answer he will refer me to someone else.

I went to Dr. Ross for almost 5 years, and found him to be increasingly cold and uncaring, until the point of heartlesness, rudeness and sarcasim. I had a common cronic health problem which he was unable to sucessfully treat, but when I would tell him I had little or no relief, he would seem annoyed. In fact, whenever I had any problem, he and his staff treated me like I was bothering them.
