Dr Gloria Mejia is a nice doctor and takes her time telling me what to do to help my children.

I would never recommend this doctors office to anyone I know. The staff is rude, unprofessional, not willing to help their patients. The wait is always 1 hour plus. All the girls who work at the front desk need to get another job where they are happy or they need to change their attitude. In the past year they have cancelled over 3 appointments I had. When I requested copies for my Childs school they always gave me a hard time. My child had a test done over a year ago, no one called me for the results, I called two weeks later one of the ladies who work at the reception area "SUPPOSEDLY" looked into my child's file and told me the test were negative not to worry. I went back to the doctors office 2 months later for a check up and just to be sure I asked the doctor about the results, THE RESULTS WERE NO WHERE TO BE FOUND! the staff never sent it in to the LAB!!!! so whoever I spoke to on the PHONE LIED TO ME about my childs RESULTS!!! And dont even bother asking for the MANAGER. she's… just as bad or WORSE. BAD MANAGEMENT. Im not sure if the doctors are aware of how HORRIBLE the staff is. But they need to look into this problem, reevaluate their staff, and find a solution.
