Glory Ngum Forbi

I saw Glory Forbi about three times on telehealth. When I first booked with her I needed the appointment asap. Her office was able to see me almost immediately. My sessions were very good, I thought. In my last session she gave me a new medication in which she wanted to see me back in two weeks. At that visit she was going to call in my meds and she didn’t. I called her and left messages for her over 4 times. Each time I called/message her she assured me she would call and find out the issue. Only for me to find out she never submitted the scripts or called the pharmacy as she promised to find out what happened. I did not know what went wrong until today when I went to write a review on Zocdoc. I saw there was a review from me for 1 star. I absolutely don’t know how that happened because I didn’t do it. If that is the reason she allowed me to go without medication for weeks, that’s awful on her end. Instead of making me suffer, I wish she had called me to find out about the review… and I would have told her it was obviously a mistake because she was good. I had no issues until she never filled my script. I have already found a new provider but I wanted to leave this review because what she did was unprofessional and awful to do to a patient that you know is suffering from some kind of mental health disorder including severe anxiety. Having her kind of experience she knew very well what leaving me without my meds would do and she didn’t care. She just kept lying saying she was looking into it and never did. That was wicked. All over a review that was obviously a mistake but this one is not. It hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else. I also reported her to my insurance company.
