Dr. Gordon Louis Grado, MD

I have been a patient of Dr. Grado's for about 9 months now and I completely trust him with my care. My general oncologist at Mayo doesn't even see me unless I get a PET or MRI, and even then, she is unable to read and go through the scans. I only see a mid-level every month and for a serious illness, that is just bad medicine. Even though my radiation with Dr. Grado is complete, I continue to see him because he does a great job of reviewing my scans with me. He is the best doctor I have had through my whole BC ordeal. My BC has dramatically decreased under his care. Thank you Dr. Grado for caring so much:)

Dr. Grado is an exceptional physician. He made the time to listen and formulate a treatment plan that was far less aggressive than another doctor who wanted to perform radical surgery. Thirteen years later I am cancer free and grateful for Dr. Grado's expertise. He is a genuinely caring and talented doctor!

Dr. Grado outright lied to my wife as far as how much radiation she was to receive for her breast cancer. He told her that Tomo Radiation was the best for her and would minimize the collateral radiation to the surrounding organs. He has a very good bedside manner but do not be fooled. He will say he works for you but in reality it is for his pocket book. Get a second opinion and run. He gave my wife 10 times more radiation than she should of received and now my wife has permanent damage

Words fail to express my gratitude to Dr.Grado & his awesome staff!! His confidence has given me hope & inspiration that I didn't think I could have---my heart is full --this team is amazing!!

The best Dr I have ever been associated with!

I would not be alive if it wasn't for Dr Grado. I'm in stage 4 cancer. I love this man!!! Love, love, love him !!!!

We were quite impressed with Dr. Grado and felt him to be highly competent if not the best in his field. My case is tough and unfortunately ongoing. I plan to stick with Dr. Grado as long as I can.

excellent doctor in all areas

I was struggling with pain from a tumor in my prostate bed following a radical prostatectomy and after visiting several Doctors, Dr Grado determined the problem and I went through a series of radiation. The radiation shrunk the tumor, and my pain went away. To date I have had an undetectable PSA score - 1.5 years after radiation. Dr Grado is a caring and brilliant Oncologist!
