Dr. Gordon Charles Keehn, MD

Went for annual eye exam because it decreased vision. I was given a new eyeglass prescription and told my vision would be perfect by Dr Keehn. When I had my eyeglass prescription filled it was totally wrong. He also told me not to expect a perfect correction in the eye that has macular degeneration. I went to my optometrist who said my eyeglasses that were just given to me whereas if they were for another patient. I requested a copy of my prescription from Dr Keehn's office. It's in today's mail and the picture the post office sent me my name was misspelled. Nothing, in a doctor's office is more dangerous than poor record keeping and poor communications . This is really bad.

Overall good for procedure, but his bed side manner could be a bit better. Many people are thankful for what he is able to do, but would like to feel acknowledged by the family when thanking him for what he was able to do.
