Dr. Gordon Keith Mackenzie, MD

Dr. Mackenzie did some testing for me at the request of my primary care physician because I was having leg pain. I was petrified because it involved needles, his front desk person was very personable. She was able to answer alot of my questions and seemed very knowledgeable about the tests, which helped put me at ease before I even saw the doctor for my test. Dr. Mackenzie was gentle and told me what was going to happen every step of the way. He also took the time afterwards to explain to me what some of the findings were and what that meant for me. Over all a very pleasant experience as far as doctor appointments go.

Extremely poor bedside manner. Completely ignoring that my mother was suffering from severe sideaffects of the drugs she was on. When we approached him he was very unprofessional andcompletely unresponsive..

McKenzie has the bedside mannerisms of a tree trunk. The appointment felt like a visit to a production line.

dont expect to be treated like a human! Their billing practices are pre- historic not to mention inaccurate and they will hang up on you in a heartbeat if you dispute anything, much less ask for a detailed statement.
