Dr. Pollen destroyed my life. He damaged my children's lives. He was so careless he put me on disability, I lost my home, lost my savings, left me a shell of who I use to be. It was supposed to be an outpatient surgery. I ended up in the hospital for 9 days. I almost died twice. He lied to me for months afterwards. He had never told the truth to anyone else. It was sheer negligence and he belongs in jail! I question whether he was fit to operate that day?

My surgery went well because of his skill. He is efficient and talented. He spent time with me and explained everything thoroughly. I would use him again.

Dr. Polley went above & beyond for my medical care. He literally saved my life helping me in a time when other surgeons were backing away, he stood up and took amazing care of me. If you need surgery in an area he specializes in, I’d suggest him 110%

Dr. Polley doed not care about his patients!! I was in the ER over 20 times due to his negligence

It was nearly impossible to talk with Dr Polley. His nurse decides what information he would see. I prefer a doctor who makes that determination himself, since he has a few more years of training. Dr Polley did not appear to have any concern for my welfare, but only concern about doing standard (low risk to him) procedures. When he declined to do surgery suggesting an alternative procedure. He did nothing to assist me in finding someone on the staff at his hospital to do the procedure. He summarily punted me and despite saying he was going to call the referring doctor, apparently did not even leave him a message indicating he was not taking the referral. Very unprofessional.

Dr. Polley is a excellent doctor I'm glad he was my doctor. If I ever need another surgery for the condition I had I will certainly use him again.

Doctor is an excellent surgeon and very kind. Office staff leaves something to be desired.

I was totally disappointed with my visit to this office. I would not recommend to anyone to use them. Ended up in the emergency room the day after my visit. Polley didn't seem to care about me as a patient. Just a number.
