Dr. Gordon Lee Zellers, MD

I have valid Med card issued by a DOT doctor 4 months ago and have never had an issue obtaining one from multiple different doctors. This Doc in a Box decided that since I had taken a sleep study(Not the results of it....Just the fact I had taken one years ago!!) he was going to fail me. This man costed me $1,000 dollars in travel expenses for an unregulated position that doesn't even require a DOT Medcard legally anyway. If you find out that this guy will be doing your test, refuse and go somewhere else!

Seen this doctor for DOT physical. He caused a long delay for me to go you work even tho there was nothing wrong with me. I had a health card from a previous employer that was nullified when this quack refused to pass me. Beware of him.

I have been doing industrial medicine examinations for the past 21 years, during which I have read thousands of physician reports, impairment evaluations, Bureau of Worker's Compensation evaluations,and independent medical evaluations. I have found Dr. Zeller's reports to be among the fairest, objective, and medico-legally speaking the clearest and finest I have ever read. Naturally, disgruntled patient's seeking unjustified medical care may write such critical and baseless reports.

he has no idea what he is doing, and will put anything in your chart as long as you pay him enough. He is a disgrace to all doctors everywhere.

This office is unclean!The office staff chews gum while on their cell phone .Even though a sign tells the patients not to use it.He is demeaning,unfriendly,Unprofessional.He does not listen or care.I would never recommend him!
