I wish I could give zero stars. Grace canceled the first two appointments I had after being to the emergency room twice. During the third appointment, Grace told she was prescribing two medications for my condition. She did not prescribe either. I had to call the which only makes making contacting with a clinician less likely. The exchange put me on hold to contact Grace about two very important prescriptions that could prevent my injury and/or death; and also prevent the injury and death of another person. These are important. Grace knew this and disregarded my safety and others’ safety. I’m sitting here in danger still. Her disregard for my health endangers me and the people around me. This is dangerous disregard.

She told my autistic son she wouldn't give him his medication because he was upset. Disgusting behavior.

she didn't listen, brushed me off, and threatened to not give me my medications. I feel disrespected and neglected.
