Dr. Grace Jung Lee, MD

Dr. Lee explains everything clearly and concisely. She has good patient-doctor manners and had the nurse follow up to make sure that all went well. I’ve recommended her and used her for myself and my children.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Lee. She is very caring, very sweet and explains everything thoroughly. She also helped to get an appointment for my son ... since the scheduling office (not the direct office) said new patients had to wait at least eight months for an appointment. She scheduled an appointment right away. Excellent doctor and a wonderful human being!

Dr Lee must not have changed over the years - did not exhibit interaction with patient, little to no discussion and I too will be seeking a different dermatologist - mainly because she did what I thought was to be a biopsy and it was actually a large piece of the actual problem that she removed, did not pay attention to other health issues, did not offer good explaination for the next step and the person that did call me did not /could not offer me an explaination for what the next step would be. Apparently UPMC nor the dear Dr listen to patient complaints.

She does not listen to your needs. I agree with the above statement. Dr. is always in a hurry and is impatient. I have been several times and charged full price yet only see a PA instead of an actual Doctor. On a good note, Megan is a wonderful PA. If I am paying top dollars, I prefer someone to spend at least 20-30 min a visit. Very rude Doctor and unpatient.

Didn't even listen to what I was concerned about and gave me a prescription that was not safe for pregnant women although she knew I was pregnant. I will never be going back to nor referring anyone I know to this doctor.

It is nearly impossible to get an appointment less than 2 months away! That's unacceptable! I'm finding a new dermatologist!
