Dr. Grace C Loy, MD

I am very disturbed and disgusted with the medical services of Dr. Grace Loy and the poor care that she has provided for my mother. Her services declined drastically concerning my mother . My mother's request was that Dr. Loy monitor her kidney function as we have a history of kidney failure in our family . Yet, Dr. Loy did not actively monitor her blood work , my mother had to call and get results in which Dr. Loy expressed that her kidney function was worse which could have been prevented. This lack of professionalism has led to my mother having to gain a urologist and nephrologist for further detailed tests because of Dr. Loy ignoring what her prime responsibility is as a physician which is to promote and maintain the greater health of an individual.

Dr. Loy has been my primary physician for several years. I look forward to my visits as I know she will be courteous, very professional and above all will listen to me and try her best to resolve any health issues I might have. She is not only a great physician but a caring individual. I would highly recommend her.

Dr. Loy is very good at her craft and bed sidemanners.Is very concerned about the out come of problem/problems and your future health.Ask for feedback and I TRUST HER!
