Dr. Grace Marie Mooken, MD

If I could, I would give Dr. Mooken a million stars. She is compassionate, professional and so very kind. Dr. Mooken always takes the time to make sure that I understand exactly what is going on. I believe that she does her utmost to ensure my health and well-being. I am so happy with my care!

I thought Dr. Mooken very personable, very knowledgeable w/ a warm bedside manner until I had been guided in the wrong direction from her in the last year or so. Come to think of it my entire experience working w/ her since last fall has been entirely misguided. I came to her with clearly a gynecological issue that my PCP actually provided greater insight around vs Dr. Mooken. Secondly, there was a procedure earlier this year that I was set to complete w/ Dr. Mooken but her team completely dropped the ball in the follow through processes of the procedure. When it finally came time to go through w/ this procedure 7 mos later, turns out I over-medicated btwn 3 different prescriptions (2 of which were prescribed by her), and had to be admitted to the ER given complications around one of the Dr's prescriptions. 4 hours in the ER and $3k later, not to mention 7 mos of waiting, I was really looking forward to finalizing this particular procedure w/ the doctor, only to be then told by her… staff that we had to reschedule as I had brought my 9yr old daughter w/ me to the appointment as I had no back up child care. Apparently the office do not allow children to wait for their parents in the waiting room as they're considered a risk factor to other patients present. But there were no other patients present at the time of my appointment. Right or wrong, I gave the office staff a piece of my mind given everything I've just gone through. I told them the least they could do after everything I've just experienced was to provide me w/ some flexibility around their no children allowed rule. But instead of adhering to medical ethics of doing right by their patients, they chose to adhere to perfunctory office protocol instead, which by the way was insult to injury given my entire experience working w/ this doctor over the last year. I would thus wholly discourage anyone from ever working w/ this doctor or even using this practice. Ever.

Dr Mooken is a great doctor. Very caring, thorough, and answers all your questions as best as possible. Her nurse is awesome too! The nurse was always very comforting and warm hearted when I came in for my ob visits. I highly recommend Dr Mooken and staff.

First I would like to say I loved Dr. Mooken but she might want to consider getting some new front staff as they are very unprofessional for a women specialty clinic. They are rude especially China!!!! Don't know how she was hired to answer phones with that attitude!!!!! I have never experienced anything like that ever.... speaking over me and not letting me finish what I was saying!!! I hate to say sometimes its not the doctors that run the patients away sometimes its the staff!

Dr. Mooken is a wonderful doctor who really cares about her patients! She was very on top of my lab results after my visit, and called me right away to discuss them. Will definitely see her again!
