Dr. Grace Enanga Mbonde, MD

I recently had a phone appointment with Dr. Mbonde. (It was my last option because it was impossible to get in to see anyone, even walk in clinincs were backed up because of COVID.) She was the rudest, nastiest person I have ever spoken too. She was snarky and condescending and should not be working with people at all, let alone be a Dr. !

Rude, aggressive, talks down to patients. Breaks HIPAA privacy guidelines. Has no concern for her patients. I could go on and on. Recommend not seeing her if there's another doctor available, unless you like being treated with disrespect.

Dr. Grace Mbonde has been my care-giver for about a year now. In this amount of time, we have come to respect each others ideas, like's and dis-likes, of the medical care I recieve from her. I am very hard to diagnose, since many of my health problems are connected to the Bi-Polar disorder I have, and the medication I must take for it. During our visits, I will bring up some symptom that has me concerned and she will look at me with a wrinkled-up nose and a puzzled look and say, " You are a young man! You shouldn't be having these symptoms." We have a little laugh and then she considers what I have just said.I recommend her services to anyone, unless they are the kind who likes to be poked and proded and only wants to hear what the dr. says, and not what they feel.
