This was the WORST experience I have ever had with a physician - and I am a healthcare provider. He was haughty, arrogant, had TERRIBLE bedside manner, did not pay attention to my symptoms (I had to repeat this information to him 3 or 4 times). I overheard he and the nurses discussing my case in a joking manner. I would not recommend him to anyone. Worst physician I have ever encountered.

I never participate in writing reviews however after I was able to sit downat home I kept thinking about this whole experience. Which I know was minor however I knew that something was wrong. So out of curiosity I pulled out the paper and read the report. I wasn't particularly pleased with his bedside manner but I felt his diagnosis was fine. I did have to insist on having an x-ray which he did not want to do. I had a very unfriendly young lady take my x-rays and also had a fabulious view of a very large roach crawling in the broken ceiling light fixture. No big deal.nthat happens. And as friendly and compassionate as I am i attempted to make light of that situation . I was told that they have tried several times to fix the problem but the roach keeps coming. back. Very comforting and I am being sarcastic. I was also notified that my x-ray was perfect. Which made me very happy. I also was fitted for a boot and prescribed Advil. And was told to wear the boot for 2-3 weeks and if it… is not better I needed to see a specialist. Which was NOT documented on the repot I received. I am glad I decided to research a review and found that I was not alone in my experience. And I am fortunate to not have a major problem. However I will definitely continue to monitor and I will definitely get a second opinion. I was however very pleased with the LPN who triaged me. She was very kind and compassionate. Her name is not listed on my report but she was wonderful! I am not going to include this in my overall rating.

I went to Lake After Hours for a wrist injury. My wrist was broken, but Dr. Tujague just told me to wear a brace and take an advil. There were no instructions on what to do if the problem did not get better and when I tried to ask some questions, he was already seeing another paitent.
