Dr. Grant S Gillman, MD

Dr. Gillman was kind and diligent. I had seen other ENTs about my deviated septum but he was the only one to examine it for the cause of my blocked nasal passage. He optimized my breathing with the least invasive process. He truly knows what he is doing and has the patient's health and best interest in mind.

My experience with Dr. Gillman was excellent. He did exactly what he said he was going to do. He was informative, kind, professional, attentive, and humble. All of my office visits were timely and efficient. My sinus surgery resulted in exactly what he said it would do, and I am very happy with my improved breathing!

Dr. Gillman never told me he perforated my nasal septum during the course of turbonate reduction surgery , until I found It out from a new resident who accidentally disclosed that to me. It took me 2 and half months to completely get well - bleeding did not stop for 4 weeks,crusting did not stop for 8 weeks. Bad odor due to mucus accumulation in the perforated septum persisted. I had bacterial infection for which he suggested antibiotics. Also my nose is still gets really dry and crusty because of the perforation, I can't get a full night sleep. I kept asking him why it is taking that long to heal? He was telling me some people heals slowly . Then I found the reason, last day I went to see him, from his resident. I asked him why he did not tell me before. He said -it was not important! It is a small hole about 2 cm ! It may caused because of the surgery. Telling me before was not as important !! I left his office and scheduled an appointment with another ENT with another health… network. I needed another evaluation on what damages Mr. GILLMAN has actually done. After all -he hid the fact that he perforated the septum and hoped , it will stay that way !!

Dr Gillman had consulted with me at the VA this past spring and I had my surgery in December. He is gentle and kind, just what you hope for in a specialist and a person. Thank you DR G

Didn't expect to be spending my time with the doctor and two other students in the exam room. Highly uncomfortable setting with too much testosterone in the room.. Didn't allow for a comfortable environment. Upon asking questions directly

He messed up my nose by putting numerous holes in my septum

He is rude and does not listen. He is a horrible doctor with no bed siDE manner!!! Don't go to him!

I had a revision septoplasty after my initial one with Dr. Grant Gillman (just call him Grant, he doesn't deserve Dr. in front of his name), and it involved ten times less blood than my septoplasty with Dr. Gillman. Furthermore, Grant still thinks Lance Armstrong is a great example of an amazing athlete. Lol. I tried telling him that he might be wrong, but admitting he is wrong is not something that Grant Gillman is capable of. That's why my revision septoplasty was NOT done by Grant. Oh, by the way, I am breathing far better now after my revision.

Dr. Gillman saw my daughter for a broken nose, within 24 hours he reset her nose. He was wonderful! Very kind and compassionate to an upset, young girl with a broken nose! From initial office visit, to surgery and post op appointment, we couldn't have asked for a better physician.

This guys is alright at what he does, but he doesn't care about details and has an arrogant personality, both of which really ticked me off. I wouldn't see him again unless I absolutely had to.
