Dr. Russavage was/is absolutely wonderful. I was in a terrible accident and almost lost my leg. Dr. Russavage made me feel comfortable with everything that was happening every step of the way. It's only been a month since I had the skin grafting done and it already looks much better than expected. It's not often that doctors can make you laugh and carry on with you right befor a surgery but his bedside manner is great. I honestly look forward to office visits with him. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone.

Exceptional dr. My son had to have skin grafts performed & Dr. Russavage was wonderful. He thoroughly explained the procedure & made us feel comfortable with the operation. His follow up care is exceptional!

I've seen Dr. Russavage numerous times for a broken jaw. Being as he is a plastic surgeon and not an oral surgeon, he cannot explain the chronic pain that remains from the accident. He insists that I see an oral surgeon, yet tells the insurance company that my condition is not medically necessary! A compassionate doctor? I don't agree.

Dr Russavage is the best of the best. My son wanted to GO HOME and he helped that to happen! Thank you so much!

Dr. Russavage is best surgeon i have ever had and i had 9 different surgeons operate on me. He would never operate on you unless its necessary and he dont think hes god he will seek other opinions from other doctors to come up with best solution. I would definitely recommend him to any body he needs plastic and reconstructive surgery.

He did my surgery 7years ago I see things never change because of his mistakes after surgery he didnt out drain tubes in but when infection set in he had to reopen me place drain tubes but it was to late my tissue was already dyeing due to thus I lost my left nipple and after 2more attemps to fix the problem my left breast was a a cup from a 46 dd and no nipple so beware ladies its a mistake to let him try help you alot of people said I should of sued but I was a single mother of 3 low income who did I think I was to think I could beat him and his fancy lawyers big mistaje on my behalf I should of at least tried

very knowledgeable plastic and reconstructive surgeon when it comes to head and neck reconstructive surgery.dr russavage does all the head and neck surgery for upmc health system and teaches all the residents in that field.very good honest surgeon
