I had my first visit today with the Doctor! I couldn't have been more pleased! After seeing several pain management doctors through the years, I finally found a doctor I trust!!

I have been visiting NVCPC for over 3 years. I am fortunate to have Dr. Grant Karno, MD as my pain management physician. The Doctor is caring and compassionate. In addition, he attempts to help you in many different approaches. He is extremely thorough with you, wants the best for you, and further, attempts to identify the underlying cause of your pain. I highly recommend! You won't be disappointed!

Office staff don’t answer phones or call you back when they promise. If you are in severe pain they say you have to wait till next appt even if that is weeks away. The surgery scheduler never answers phone and has no voice mail on her line. It took 6 weeks to get an MRI ordered as they kept not ordering it. I called the office three different times to check on it and they finally ordered it 6 weeks later. there is no follow up to anything they promise. The pain became so severe I had to go to urgent care for relief as their answer was to wait until next appt a week later. Done with them

No karno is great he is willing to help me when no one else will

No respect for the client/patient. Very deceptive in practices and misleading of procedures that have been submitted to insurance for approvals that you have not given them permission for and have informed them clearly that you decline said procedures. This is a money first - making organization. The patient is their last priority.
