Waited for 1 hour and 15 minutes....still was not seen. Waiting room packed. I decided to leave. I traveled 45 minutes to see Dr. Padley then with the over an hour wait, there is no way I want to be going back there for follow ups and have to travel and wait that long again. Very disappointing.

Dr. Padley and his PA Mark recently performed ACL surgery on my 16 year old son and I could not say enough about how wonderful the care was from calling the office to schedule to continuing with post op visits. Dr. Padley and Mark Moyer are both so professional and very concerned with the patients well being and understanding of what is going on. The staff in this office (especially the Arrowhead location) has been wonderful. The front office is so friendly and Jackie (his assistant) is so helpful and friendly. I had to return to this office myself for a shoulder issue and again, such a wonderful experience. I would recommend Dr. Padley 100%.

The staff was friendly, concerned, prompt and if any questions they asked you. I did not have to sit in the room very long either. Both the technician and another doctor checked on me. Very nice place. Would recommend to friends and family.

I have been very pleased with Dr. Padley and the office staff. They have been very professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Padley is very kind and patient and takes time to answer all your questions. We always felt like we were important.

Dr. Padley had performed my shoulder surgery. He is the best doctor I have ever seen, and I see a lot as I am very due to conditions. He always is kind, caring, and patient. Never rude or belittling, neither is his PA Mark. Great team. You may wait a little time to get back but with all good things you need to be patient!

He made me feel uneducated as he talked down to me about the pain i was feeling. He completely degraded his PA and his knowledge. He was very unprofessional and just rude. I went and got that second opinion that was so rudely mentioned multiple times during the wasted visit.
