Dr. Green Shiao-Ching Hsueh, MD

Dr. Hsueh called me back right away with my test results. I have seen her once and she is very caring and thorough! Her staff is so helpful and I would like to mention Toby as being one of the most helpful front desk employees. She went above and beyond to help me. Thank you for a great experience!!

Our wait was about two hours, and previous visits have always been at least one and a half to two hours wait. It is very frustrating! It isn't because the doctor had to deliver a baby either. They just say she's running late! Ridiculous! Also, it's about 55 degrees in the office-absolutely freezing. They say they've asked the building manager to lower the air conditioner and fan but that he doesn't listen. Very unpleasant experience. Oh, by the time the doctor was finally able to see me, the technician who was supposed to do a test had already gone home, so I was asked to come back another time! Definitely NOT!!!

I have been going to Dr. Hsueh for over 26 years and I would not replace her for any other doctor. She delivered both of my sons and she is unbelievable. She handled every situation that came up like a well educated professional doctor that she is.When I go for my checkups, she makes me feel special and talks about our families, and then I can ask her any question I have.She is the BEST!!!

Wait was a bit long and the staff at the time of my visit was curt, but the doctors treated me well enough.

I have found Dr. Green Hsueh to be caring and interested in my well being. She explains things well and in layman's terms that I can understand. Her confidence puts me at ease and has been very responsive to my needs thus far.

You should be more careful when you describe any given doctor, for example Dr hsueh is a FEMALE not a MALE.
