Had question after hours. Received response immediately. Ordered Rx and offered advice for next hours. Offered to see in office next day without need of appt. Greatly appreciated caring response to dilemma.

Waited over an hour for him to spend about 5 minutes with me. Wanted to do a procedure but did not explain ANY of it to me. Also rushed me out did not answer a single question. HORRIBLE bedside manner. His staff was nice until I called with my questions then they became short with me. Would NEVER go back

Very professional bedside manner. Takes as much time as you need. Good humor, therefore making embarrassing visits tolerable. Would definitely recommend to other people...this is coming from a masters level health professional with high doctor standards. Dr. Steinbock is definitely the urologists you want to see.
