Dr. Gregg L Small, MD

I went to see Dr. Gregg Small because he was an in-network provider on my insurance plan. I had only one visit for an annual gyno exam. He was abrasive and to the point which I thought would be good enough since no one really likes going to a gynecologist anyway. I was called several times by his staff to reschedule my appointment due to Dr. Small not being available. When I was finally able to be worked into their schedule, I paid my co-pay and went on my merry way. I NEVER received any statements stating that I owed any more money from his office or any invoice from my insurance company. Skip forward one year and I received a postcard in the mail to schedule for my annual gyno appt again. One week following the postcard, I was sent a certified, signature needed letter stating that I am being sued in small claims court for NON PAYMENT! I then had a constable show up at my job to serve me papers regarding this. The balance that his office said I owed is for $275.00. When I called the… office to try to rectify this, his front office looked in the computer and said she DID NOT see a balance on my account. After further investigation, I called my insurance company and they do not have any claims for me sent from Dr. Small. If I had seen a bill come in sooner, I could have just taken care of the balance that Dr. Small states that I owe. I now am dealing with a constable and Dr. Small's attorney now having to either go to court or pay the legal fees on top of the bogus NON PAID balance due. The balance of $275 has now had legal fees of over $900! This office is NOT about patient care but about money and greed!

Dr. Small treated me with little respect in every visit. He is more interested in billing his clients with any thing he can get which is so unethical. He will try to ruin your credit if you refuse to pay something he forced you to do. I had a second opinion and will never go back. Advice - pay your balance and get out of there for good.

Has been my gyn for many years and I recommend him to anyone of any age who needs a great gyn/ob. Nice Office in a very accessible and central location.

Dr. Small has been my gynecologist for about 5 years and I just love him to pieces. Him and his staff are so welcoming, you sort of forget what you're really in the office for. He makes a usually awkward situation very comfortable. I would recommend him to any woman looking for a gyno.

Many years ago he had a psycho assistant - I"m not sure if she is still there or not, I switched doctors after my traumatic experience - It was horrible, after my exam, the female assistant yanked off the sheet that was covering me leaving me exposed and speechless. I did switch doctors after this horrible incident. When I told Dr. Small what happened he brushed it off saying that he had left the room and did not see it.

Best Doctor I've ever had! He is very professional yet very easy to talk to. I am very comfortable with him.

Dr. Small is wonderful. I had never been to a male ob/gyn before so I was a little apprehensive, but he is very easy to talk to and put me at ease almost immediately. The office staff are always very sweet and I never have a problem getting an appointment time that works for me. I also love the fact that the wait is never very long, in fact, I'm usually in and out in under an hour. Highly recommended!

Many of us females do not look forward to our annual check up. Many of us also like to have a good repore with our doctors, especially our "woman" dr. I even used to be a woman that preferred a woman OB/GYN.Dr Small is by far the best dr I have ever had. I, my sister, neice, and any close friends we have shared his info with stay with him. 10 stars, and comes highly recomended from this family! If you are searching for that special OB/GYN, look no further :-)

I am truely scared of my annual visit to the gynecologist. He made this a very comfortable experience. I have never been to a male gynecologist prior to Dr. Small and I was not sure if I was going to be okay, but he great. Takes time to do a complete assessment, not your in and out doctor, although, the actual exam was done in minutes. I highly recommend Dr. Small.

Dr. Small has been my gynecologists for over 7 years. He is easy to talk too, caring, and thorough. You can tell when you enter his office that it isn't about looking the part but truly in providing you with individualized care. My entire family was impressed with how professional and considerate he was during my surgery and follow up care. are grateful to him for how well he has taken care of me. As a public school adminstrator my life gets hectic, I never have a hard time getting an appointment and they move quickly. Not that I need it often, but I know I can call him directly in his office when necessary. Dr. Small is simply a good man and a thoughtful doctor.
