Dr. Gregorio Zerrudo Jacob, MD

Dr. Jacob as per usual allowed me to describe my health circumstances, provided me with my improved results and went beyond the basic requirements by answering all my questions on what to do on several issues. There may be doctors equal to Dr. Jacob as a primary physician, but I will not look for any as when I find a quality professional I am never so foolish as to seek one out that might be a tad better, absent there being an area of insufficiency and I have found none.

Just finished another appointment with Dr Jacob. The man has proven to be an excellent diagnostician, giving the patient the time to tell the symptoms and listening and evaluating intently. A man of few words, Dr. Jacob reminds me of my uncle a superlative pediatrician who never ceased his inquiries until a correct diagnosis of his non-talking babies or his patients who were able to provide symptoms was reached. I would recommend Dr Jacob to anyone seeking a solid physician to deal with problems and to refer to specialists when the need is determined

very friendly staff , enjoyable atmosphere of staff and patients, he is knowledgeable and also listens with concern and apathy.

DR. Jacob is smart, experienced and consistent.

I have never been so dissatisfied with a physician as with this particular dr. I would not recommend him at all. I had xrays taken 3 weeks ago due to back pain, even after 3 phone calls requesting information and a return call from the doctor, I did not receive anything. I stopped into his office to pick up paperwork needed for insurance purposes and asked about the results, I was directed to a nurse sitting at a window and was told by her, "The doctor said the x-rays didn't show anything except for a kidney stone". I still haven't spoken to the doctor and was not given any information as to what I should do about my back pain. The nurse then told me, if I had any other questions then I need to schedule another appointment. What a waste of time and money.

I would not recommend this doctor unless you like receiving lab reports six months later or being treated with complete apathy. He seemed to be lacking in knowledge beyond general practice in spite of his credentials as an internist. That might be due to his communication style refer back to apathy). The waiting room has very old furniture and seems dirty (paper peeling off the ceiling) and the treatment rooms are outdated.
