He's was The only doctor to advocate for me getting cochlear implants..and he has always be able take time to help me make all of my decisions and is a doctor I would recommend to anyone

He was over 40 minutes late to the appointment and overly dismissive of my concerns and issues, was condescending, didn’t let me tell my whole story of how I got to this point, and didn’t let me ask all of my questions. He also not provide any referrals of anyone who could help me although he noted it wasn’t him who could help.

Dr. Artz was amazing with our daughter. He was thorough with his examination, questions and explanations. He made us feel heard, seen and understood. We feel very secure under his care and guidance.

Dr. Artz projects a level of professionalism and calmness that is very welcoming. Explained things well and his vision for the future of my health concerns.

He is very friendly, professional, and provides excellent information and what he is finding. I am very pleased with the quality of care and the information he provided.

Dr. Artz was very helpful. He asked a lot of good questions to help get to the root of my sinus/ear issues. It felt like he cared and he wasn’t dismissive and didn’t make me feel like my concerns weren’t valid. He set up another appointment to go back and hopefully take care of the issue fully.

Managed to squeeze me in for a very bad ear cartilage infection - I trust him WAAAY more than “generic” ER - he’s been my ENT for a long, long time! Excellent guy!
