Had to switch because of reliability situations, although only one visit thus far I will say Doc. Banks is very friendly and honest to add very brief but concerned about his patients . I will be continuing to see Doc. Banks for as long as I need . Ty Sir.

Awful experience, I don't recommend him to nobody.

Seems to really care about me and try understand my concerns.

If I could give zero stars I would. Dr. Banks would only fill enough medicine until I had blood work and an appointment, so I was completely out of medicine that I needed for every day, which is fine EXCEPT after I saw him it took FOUR days and 10 calls from me for them to call in my refills. I was out of medication for days that I needed. Needless to say, I’m finding another doctor out of Tennova. Moving my daughter too.

I’ve had several appointments with Dr. Banks. I find him to be a very caring, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and dedicated Dr. I’m feel very fortunate to have him as my doctor.

He nor his staff return calls, ever. I've been trying to get an infection cleared up since May of 2022, he won't even physically look at the problem and guesses what antibiotic to use.. Won't call me back. I've also been trying to get him to send my rheumatologist referral since May of 2022 also. His staff never knows anything and promises a callback. But no one ever calls back.

Horrible experience. Excessive wait times and very little interaction. Had to call the office 4 times to have him submit medical notes for follow up care.

I’ve been a patient of Dr Banks, for about 3 years. He’s an amazing Doctor, and person, because he’s friendly, he treats you like a person and not a number. Since I been going to Dr Banks, my high blood pressure is down, and I’m no longer Prediabetic. He’s also listens to what going on with body. He’s awesome!

Dr Banks is very knowledgeable and respectful and listens to your health needs and talk to such a way that you can understand what he explaining to you Dr Banks is a truly a very professional physician who care deeply about his patients
