I trust Dr Barber more than any other GI doctor I have ever consulted with. I am getting ready for another batch of tests and am going out of my way (over an hour each direction) to see him VS a local GI doctor. I have tried local ones - they are probably good but dont compare to him, in my opinion. He is a gentleman, respectful and very smart in his field. I highly recommend him. He was recommended to me and I see why! Was a patient of his for years and I moved away. As long as I am within 1-2 hours of him he will always be my choice of a GI doctor.

Dr. Barber is a very caring and compassionate man. He listens to his patients and answers questions honestly. He is by far the best doctor I have ever needed. He personally called me after my procedure to give me assurance and to help me cope with my situation. He is the absolute best doctor around!!!! His staff is just as great as him, too!

I was recently in Liberty Hospital over the weekend, with abdomen issues, and have seen several doctors from this group, Dr Barber by far has the best bedside manner than all of them. He is very pleasant and didn't mind answering my questions.
