Dr. Gregory Lamont Belcher, MD

I've been a pt of Dr.Belchers' for 18yrs now. He did a reconstruction of my left knee that had been previously replaced. That op was done by a different Dr. that didn't listen to me as I knew I had an infection for over a yr. Because of that, I ended up in a wheelchair for 7 1/2 months. On my 1st visit w/Dr.Belcher, I shared this w/him, his reply.."I know I'm Not GOD, we're a team in this. Not only am I a pt, 2 of my sisters are as well, as was my Mom, Dad & Aunt. I trust NO other Dr. as I do Dr. Belcher. He's come through for me & my family in such a way that I can never repay him. If you want your op done right the 1st time, he's the Dr. for you. I wish I knew him before I had my knees initially done. He would have saved me a lot of pain & suffering. He is a very busy Dr.,the greatest usually are, but so worth the time in the results he can give you. I do now, & will forever hold him in the highest regard, as does my family!

I believe he did a very good job on my surgery, but follow-up appointments were horrific! He has no respect for his patients or their time. Each time I went I spent at least 30 minutes in the waiting room and another 30 minute in the examining room before seeing him -- for a maximum of 10 minutes.

I just love Dr. Belcher. I first saw him after walking around with a broken tibia and fibula for 5 months that no one else wanted to deal with. He operated within a week and replaced my knee and repaired my bones in 1 operation. I also have Rheumatoid arthritis. I see him once a year for a check up and iI ever work up the nerve, I need a hip too.

I had heard of Dr Belcher before I was referred to him.About 4 years ago he did bilateral knees replacement.(yes both at the same time).My experience was just as I had heard. He is very professional knows his subject and takes good care of you

Great experience; great doctor

Saw the doc for a shoulder problem (possible rotator cuff tear). First time seeing this doctor, and he seems very competent and trustworthy.
