Dr. Gregory Wayne Childrey, MD

Dr. Childrey is the best doctor around. He knows exactly what he is doing and his staff does an excellent job helping him and making sure everything is in order for my visits.

I have been a patient of Dr. Childrey's for about twenty years and he is an awesome doctor.

If you want a naturl delivery he is NOT the doctor for you. He is a one size fits all doctor who is not willing to even entertin the notion of a drug free, free moving, and IV free labor. I was appauled at his bedside manner.

I have been using this doctor since relocating from Birmingham,Al in 2006. Him and his staff are some of the most professional and caring staff I have ever seen. You get first class treatment all the way around. I appreciate that I am not just a number in their system. If you are looking for an office where you can get top notch treatment, your look is over.

Using Dr. Childrey and his staff has been a great experience for me. He and his staff are very professional and knowledgeable. They are concerned for your health and respond promptly to problems. My surgical experience with Dr.Childrey and his staff was the best care anyone could expect. I recommend this office and highly respected doctor for your OBGYN care.

I must admit, at first I was hesitant to see Dr. Childrey after having a horrible experience with another Dr. in town. However, my co-workers encouraged me to do so, and I am glad that I did. He was the only Dr. that could finally tell me why I was having so much pain and aches and just overall womanly issues. He may not constantly smile at you, but he will always listen to your concerns and give you a honest answer...even if it's not the one you want to hear. I am very grateful to have this Dr.

If you are high risk or are having complications--DO NOT GO!!! His methods are very outdated and he does not listen to you. He is threatened if you request blood tests or the like, as "he knows best!!".
