Amazing doctor very knowledgeable great bedside manner! He was very informative and trustworthy. He took amazing care of my niece after a terrible experience with her dr. We were so lucky to have had him

Had our first child with him. Very untrustworthy. Horrible bedside. Told us the wrong sex of our child. Stripped my membrane which made me feel extremely violated. Didn't realize until later that's what he did. The only reason we stayed with him was because of the midwife that worked there. She was amazing but unlucky for us she happened to have scheduled vacation the day I delivered.......stay away from this man.

Dr. Delong is overly busy do to taking on too many patients and whatever else he might have going on. Due to this their is a lack of quality in his services. I ended up in the ER due to his lack of interest in what was going on with me as his patient. After i complained to him various times, and him not really paying attention to my complaints, i ended up in the ER with a very serious UTI. It upset me that something so minimal was unable to be treated by Dr. Delong. Very upsetting!!!!!!

I have never felt so disrespected in my life... I am 25 weeks pregnant, i had a doctors apt at 3:00 pm. I got a phone call at 2:38 pm, to make sure i was on my way. My husband and I got there at 2:47 pm to fill out my new paitent paperwork ( a lot to fill out by the way ) was done at 3:07 PM got called back into the room, dont know the nurses name ( tall skinny pretty black girl ) she was nice, got in the room and a MIDWIFE didnt catch her name either ( but SHORT bigger, short wild hair, older lady )walks in and slams the door, says in very mean tune " I NEED TO SPEAK WITH YOU TWO " sitting there on the bed waiting, i say okay? confused on what the attitude was all about, " YOU'RE LATE " she began to tell us, i explained to her that i was in the office at 247 for a 300 apt so how am i late? she began in her very nasty tone that she was not going to take me, not going to give me my sonogram, with her knowning i was in the hospital TUESDAY night 27th for bleeding and pains, she said… that she can pick and choose her paitents and we can go back to Dr. Walker because she didnt care. my husband and i tried to ask to speak to any one else but that didnt seem possible, needless to say i walked out in TEARS, feeling very hurt and disrespected that anyone would ever say the things she did, i wont be back to see them, hopefully Dr. Delong himself isnt the same way... :( she proceeded to tell my husband ( as i was already outside on the phone trying to figure out why i was talked to the way i was ) that we are not welcomed there and to not come back, becuase i was there 10 min before my apt time... very dissapointing...

I had heard mixed reviews from trusted friends before today's appointment to see Dr. Delong, but ultimately made the decision to give him a try. I consciously made the appointment with him & not his nurse practitioner; my favorite OB/GYN previously was a man and it doesn't make a difference to me, but I wanted to start as a new patient with him since it is his practice. Upon arrival, the receptionist was very friendly & helpful (I've forgotten her name, sorry). When Cindy the nurse came out to get me from the waiting room, she also greeted me with a smile and a very pleasant attitude, which was refreshing....I did not feel like a number, which put me at ease. Cindy was training another nurse named Nancy; she was also very pleasant & engaging. Both have a terrific bedside manner. I changed into my smock & the wait time for Dr. Delong to come in was less than 5 minutes. I thought that he was very soft spoken (which to some may come across differently), but friendly & to the point. It… was a short chat session, but that was only because I really had no concerns to speak with him about other than my weight control issues, which we talked about. I was very pleased with him as a doctor & will definitely be going back.

Long wait to be seeing, the stuff was't helpful. I felt like I was pulling dr Delong's teeth every time I wanted to know anything about my pregnancy. I'm kind of a quiet person so I got no feedback from him on issues that he should had addressed.

Dr Delong and his staff were very caring and helpful. I had a very healthy baby boy. They answered all my questions and took thier time to make sure i was comfortable. Thank you so much for helping me through my pregnancy.

Dr DeLong was highly recommended by my primary care physician; however, I do not understand why. He did not engage me in conversation about the areas of concern that I had listed on the intake form. He asked me a question about what I was doing to lose weight and when I told him, he said nothing until I asked him for a response. I felt he could have been more verbal with feedback or inquiries about my concerns. NOTE: A co-worker saw him the same day just before my appointment. She asked me later what I thought of him? I responded honestly and she feels the same way I do. Basicly, lacking in bedside manner and communication.

horrible doctor's office, the staff workers had me looking like a heroin addict when i was pregnant, the woman couldnt find my veins. and when time for birth came up he tore my placenta right out of me and caused me quite a few stitches. called and went into office to make a 6 week appointment and would either ignore me or not answer the phone. oh yeah they even lost my paper works 4 times.

It's really sad because the doctor is good him self but I will never go back due to the fact his staff is the worst ever! They make app. And never log them in there books and then say your wrong when it was them. His staff is VERY VERY RUDE and NOT helpful at all. I rather drive 100 miles to Miami then have to deal with his staff again I just got my file and I'm going to another doctor due to his staff! And I myself have been there when the staff has got calls from people calling about a problem and the staff puts them on hold and jokes about them and uses the persons full name and talked about them and there problem and then calls the person bad names with other people in the room!
