Dr. Gregory John Fulchiero, MD

The Dr and his staff were excellent in helping my spouse and me understand the process and keeping us advised as the surgery progressed. The discharge instructions were both written and verbal were clearly communicated. The staff did a great job of setting the expectations for my whole experience. Highly recommended!!

Lets start with the pros: Very low wait time, promptness, good bedside manner and courteous with the doctor and staff. The Cons: The doctor is a complete idiot who smiles and has a good bedside manner. Of course maybe the good bedside manner is part of the con? Because the doctor reminded of the stereotypical used car salesman. The doctor seemed totally clueless and misdiagnosed my conduction. Of course he only was only in the room talking to me for about 2 minutes after he said we will try this and see you back in 8 weeks! What a joke of a doctor!

It took 3 months to get an appointment for fillers. After waiting for 45 minutes beyond my appointment time, the doctor came in and said he wanted me to reschedule for another day (it was close to closing time). I had to wait another 5 weeks for an appointment since the staff was not able to squeeze me in as the doctor asked. Then the injection, which should not have been complicated, did not go well as I sustained nerve damage which I am still suffering from 9 months later. Luckily my PCP, dentist, and opthamologist helped me get some relief as Dr. Fulchiero did not offer any advice. He has a great personality and exudes confidence but for fillers I would go elsewhere.

Dr.Fulchiero did his job ok,but his office nurse was rude to the point where she did ALL the talking and would not let me explain or fit a word in edge-wise when I called the office for an infection question to be answered.Arguing with the patient is not conducive to reaching good results with the patient,and disregarding the patient by not caring about the patient enough to let them speak is certainly not allowing for any good results. How does that office nurse expect to find out what the patients needs are?

Misdiagnosed my skin condition for the better part of three years. Finally had enough of this dermatologist and went to Blair Plastic Surgery. Lucky for me they seem to care about my skincare concerns! It should be noted two months later my skin problem was resolved. Sadly I wasted three years of my time and money with Keystone Dermatology!

Very low wait time but very poor follow-up! I have requested several times in the past to get a appointment with the doctor yet I only get seen by the physician assistant. The last appointment the physician assistant was very clueless and unhelpful!

Recommend Dr. Fulchiero and this facility.

Dr spent more time training the help than discussing issues. Allergy tests were performed incorrectly. Dr. had seen several patients with the same issues and simply stated I don't know what to do for you. No skin biopsy was performed; no visual inspection of entire body.. Very disappointed in level of service.

Every appointment I have with this doctor is always uplifting. Not only is he a professional that knows everything and written articles on the health and welfare of skin and tissue but also cares about every patient individually. He truely cares for the health of your skin. He treats cancer and has botox! He is just amazing.

i feel so much better now that i know Dr. fulchiero can take care of all my need in town, horay.
