Worst bedside manner. She checks you over in 2seconds. Every time you ask her about a spot , she just was rude about it. Don’t waste your time with her. Some day she will fall off her high horse.

She took two biopsies but didn’t seem concerned. Body scan what a joke.

Conducted a full body skin cancer check in 15 seconds. Offered me a steroid cream for some growths on my face and left the room. Totally uncaring attitude. Another UPMC lets make money doc.

Tried to explain my issues, but became a little emotional as it affects me (rosacea and adult acne). She told me I needed to be seen for anxiety and left. Didn't do the full body check, even with previous spots removed for cancer concerns. Didn't listen or recommend anything. Just left. With me in a paper gown. Horrible interaction.

Dr. Kerstetter is very thorough and kind, she has an excellent bedside manner. She was not able to diaganois my condition but she did treat it effectively. I had to have frequent visits due to the severity of my condition and they were always able to fit me in.

She did not do a good job looking at me when I got a full body exam done she did not check everything or bother to either
