This Dr dont play. I loved that. My wait times have been less the 5 minutes everytime, he gave me a quote, I accepted, did our pre op, scheduled my produrce in a timely manner, hi.and his staff keep things to the point and the procedure was great. We moved on and got it done! My more most exceed expectation was meet above in beyond. His staff never made me right it was 1,2 and 3. The office space is kind of small. The best side manners of his staff had me feel safe and comfortable. Plus I already believed in my Dr. Immediately knew I was in the right place and made the right choice. Thank you Dr and Staff

Dr. Herbich has been my doctor for years. He doesn't have a shiny office filled with bling and like some offices I've seen. But he does have experience and knowledge. His bedside manner is reserved but I'm not there to chat. He has never tried to charge too much, but keeps his prices reasonable. Dr. Herbich is honest and will tell me if I don't need a procedure, as opposed to some doctors who just want more money. The communication is sometimes difficult as Dr. Herbich works at 3 different offices and commutes back and forth from Oahu to Maui, servicing his clients on both islands. BUT, knowing this, I make sure to contact him and verify all of the details for any appointments I have scheduled. He works hard and is committed to his patients.

Dr. Herbich is pretty fabulous! He does excellent work!! His staff are all wonderful as well. I haven't waited longer than 5 minutes to see him whether it was a quick check up or the actual procedure. It's a pretty simple choice to make...if you need a hug or someone to chat with then go to a counselor but if you want a professional, nice, experienced doctor he's your man! Give him a minute...he warms up fast :) I would also like to put out there that ANY question I've had about any procedure that passed through my mind he or his nurse have answered. He's honest, helpful, kind, and extremely knowledgeable.
