I was with Dr Joy, Oso family, for many years, for me he I a great Dr. Good listener, great advice, great experience. he took care of my needs. I'm retired now , I use the VA for my health needs.

I would never recommend this doctor for anything but a physical. Incorrect diagnosis, follow ups are never, lucky if he remembers what he last did. Run as fast as you can away from this Doc.

I've been his patient for 19 years. Very knowledgable! Listen. Friendly. Staff: Ivan, great! Problems: long wait in the office. Often booked for a few days in advance.

Worst services every waited 2.5 months to hear my labs were NORMAL

I have been going to Dr. Joy for years; he is very easy to talk to, takes time to listen, and has always provided excellent care and advice. Yes, I often have to wait longer than I'd like, even with an appointment, but it's worth it.

My daughter called the office and asked how much it would cost to see the doctor. Staff said From $80 and up depending on what he does & what tests are done. I get a ride to your office fill out all the paperwork. I said I just want to make sure the price starts at $80 and depending on what is done price will go up? She says no. Established patients are $80 not new patients. I spoke to the office manager who had been listening to the conversation. I told her it was very misleading and I was very unhappy. She just kept making excuses and so I left your office sick and unseen by a doctor.Tell me, do you just hire anyone off of the street and title them office manager?

Great doctor! Dr Joy has a bedside manner that allows a patient to feel comfortable being honest and asking questions. The wait can be long sometimes but the doctor spends as much time as necessary with you and you will never feel rushed (maybe that is why there is sometimes a wait! He is most likely doing the same with the patient ahead of you!)Worth the wait for me... for as little as I go to the office, it's not as if I am there every week or anything. To me, as a person who does not relish going to the doctor, he is the first one I don't mind going to see,and that's sayin' something! Also, equally important, the office is clean and modern, the staff are obviously very well trained and knowledgeable, ALWAYS courteous, respectful and helpful. By the way , the P.A. Tria Brummond is the same care-wise in my opinion. I am sure the other practioners are great too, have not seen any other than Dr Joy and Tria Brummond.
