Dr. Lopez was recommended to me, and I trusted his care, but my recent experience was very disappointing. After my back surgery, my recovery has not gone well. When I asked for help getting a cane, I did not receive any support or guidance. Also, the service at his Naperville office was poor. The staff was inattentive and unprofessional. Overall, I expected much better care and communication.

Dr Lopez answered all my questions regarding my options. He explained everything in a way I could understand it. I would definitely recommend him to other patients.

Went to my first appointment with Dr Lopez... They took Xrays, I spoke with the PA and then saw Dr Lopez. I was very happy with my entire experience. I didnt have to wait long for xrays or to see the Doctor. The PA was very thorough so that when DR Lopez came in to see me he had all the necessary info. He went through the xrays with me and physically checked me out. He is an excellent communicator who listens to you. Very happy with my entire experience.

I was seen promptly starting with getting five x-rays, followed by being taken to exam room. Dr Lopez arrived shortly and spoke of our first meeting 5years prior to this visit. He discussed the changes in my spine by pointing out the differences in side by side films. He was concerned with my overall health and pain management. I appreciated his candor. He also answered my questions and offered suggestions.

Dr. Lopez Has Changed My Life! From the first conversation with Dr. Lopez, it was clear that he was a different type of surgeon. Dr. Lopez took the time to really listen to my present back issues and engaged in a conversation regarding my long history with spinal issues that included surgical history that began over thirty years ago. At the end of the conversation, Dr. Lopez simply stated, "we can fix that"! Three weeks ago, Dr. Lopez performed a fairly significant procedure that has absolutely changed my life. Prior to the surgery, I was lucky to be able to stand or walk for five minutes at a time. At the two-week post-surgery mark, I was able to take a twenty-minute walk outside with my wife; and it just keeps getting better each day! Whether you have dealt with back issues for decades, or this is new to you, I cannot give a higher recommendation than Dr. Lopez and his entire staff.
