Dr. Gregory Warren Mattingly, MD

One lady, I don't know her name, I really like her. The other lady with the nose stud and long curly brown hair I do not like at all, not friendly, not helpful, not apologetic when they screw something up. completely impossible to reach them on the phone!!! And don't even bother to leave a message because no one will ever call you back! if you need a prescription refill, sorry, I guess you'll have to call 911 when you have a panic attack or whatever be the case

Gives less than 10 minute visits, if he hasn't cancelled the appointment already . Misdiagnosed & wrong meds, at first, now he is getting closer, but he talks over me, so it is difficult to dial in the diagnosis . Until he changed offices, he was great ! Puts a lot of pressure on his staff by being gone so often, causing some of them to be discourteous (Jessica is great) !

Dr Mattingly abandoned me after seeing him forover 10 years. While I was suicidal and having a breakdown . Only gives u 10 minute visits if ur lucky.. When ur insurance is covering 20-30 minutes.

Dr. Mattingly is not a doctor that you would care to entrust your child's mental health and well being to. He is a rushed, discourteous physician with a cookie cutter diagnosis manner. He has cancelled 3 out of the last twelve appointments I've has with him be causes he is going out of town. This seems ver excessive to me. He has was extremely condescending and short with me when I questioned the reasons he was choosing certain medications for my daughter . He can be very egotistical, in my opinion and does not show any empathy towards parent concerns regarding the treatment of their very ill children. He seems to be a pill usher and not a patient centered doctor. I do not recommend this physician for any patient who requires their doctor to observe the Hypocratic Oath.

Appts. last 10 min. Office staff are never prompt. Would never endorse Dr. Mattingly.

Research St. Louis newspapers and you will find articles written about this doctor's questionable ethics regarding his relationship with drug companies and over prescribing a certain drug for children. According to articles, he and/or his practice receive money from drug companies and in return, he works the name of a couple drugs into his conversations with you during each visit. On a personal note, he habitually cancelled our appointments due to being out of town or having other commitments. I suspect he was out of town due to drug company speaking engagements. He is unethical and I regret entrusting my child's treatment to him. All parents should beware. I don't know how he maintains his license to practice, but my respect for this professional is non-existent after my awful experience with Dr. Mattingly. The office staff is unprofessional and unsympathetic as well.

I would highly recommend this doctor but the office staff is a different story in itself. As having my husband going there and then my daughter went there for one appointment, about two to three weeks later my husband recieves a phone call. After just calling about his meds he gets the call thinking they were going to tell him what the doctor had said. Instead this lady Candace calls and talks about our daughter and how she is double scripting and they apparently talked to my husband about they talked to our daughters old pyschiatrist which was a hippa violation due to them not having premission to talk to him. Back to the double scripting, there is no prove of that what so ever, plus how is a 7 year old going to double script! That office staff should be fired and also is going to run him down of patients due to there attitude!
