Dr. Gregory Lewis Runser, MD

I have been seeing Dr. Runser for over 20 years, back when he was with another doctor. He has helped through so very trying illnesses. Over the past 5 to 7 years a new sign in program has eliminated long lines for signing in. Waite times for seeing the doctors are so fast I barely have time to sit down. I would very highly recommend Dr. Runser to anyone.

I really like this doctor. He seems to know what he's talking about. The staff up front and on the phone always seem to be extremely rude. I think they seem to forget that you are actually a paying customer/patient. Anytime you call to make an appointment expect to be on hold for 20 minutes. I suppose they think you have time to hold a phone to your ear that long. No urgency over the phone or at the counter to check in. They leave you standing there forever then when they do call you up it's impossible for them to smile or be pleasant. Good doctor, horrible staff.

Waited on the phone over twenty minutes to get appointment....can never talk with a nurse over the phone!

Dr. Runser has been my primary care doctor for approximately 20 years. He and his staff have always been very professional yet caring and will refer to a specialist when one is needed. I highly recommend Dr. Runser.
